I am having an issue with a custom report that I created in ALM. The issue is, I can't update the fields title 1, author, and summary. Can you please help me find out where or how can I update those fields that are on the template or in ALM?

In the project list we are adding new fields called modules. Based on these modules the sub-modules should be selected. Problem is we have around 10 modules to be added and each module has 10-15 sub-modules. Is there a way that we can add custom fields with multiple values?
