We just upgraded from QC11 recently and I am trying to create an Excel report from the Analysis view page in the Dashboard module. On my old QC11 instance (still standing), I an see "Excel Report" as a report type. In QC/ALM 12.53, I do not see Excel Report, can it be enabled somehow to allo...

Users in ALM are unable to view reports in the dashboard, they are getting the error "Module Not Found" what could be causing this?

When we try and access Excel Reports in ALM 12.01 we get "The specified module could not be found". The error appears when clicking on the configuration tab. We also get the same error when we try and create a new Excel report.

Have noticed that when generating a Business View Graph and choosing the clustered column chart to display results, that the clipboard copy as well as saving it to file options result in a black ground around the chart and thus making the graph legends not appear. If I log into QC using a "defects-only" license, I know I'll have access to the Defects module, but will I also have access to the Dashboard module?
