I am trying to connect to the ALM DB and I am not finding the username and password to be working! I also found that when I try to ping the database from Site Admin, it fails as well. How can I get that info or change that info?

Hi, We have an issue with finding out the qcadmin user account and password - we don't know what these are since the prior Admin is gone and trained no replacement. What options do we have not knowing this information and needing it for future use? Thanks, HomerJ
