As an admin I'm able to create and view a Business View Report that is cross project. When a user goes to view that same report they are receiving an HResult error. WE are trying to use the JIRA adapter from HPE to make a QC-JIRA defect link, but on the endpoint 2 part of the link definition, we cannot see JIRA in the list, but do see TFS, ClearQuest, etc. How to enable JIRA in the list? Do we need to install something?
