Noticed some values in TestLab for group permissions are no longer able to be expanded to have any options set. Clicking on the plus sign does nothing. This is for QC11.52. We need to change our log location directory for our Quality Center server. Our IT department has changed up the permissions on the current location and need to know how to change it to a location that is not restricted for our users.

We have had some tests go missing in some projects. By missing I mean deleted. I assume this is by mistake most times, and most users will bring it up and say they accidently deleted such and such. Our old Quality Center server is version 10. Our new one is version 11.52. The QC10 version is Oracle DB based, while the new 11.52 is SQL based. We have acquired another company that is using still on QC v9.0. Can we upgrade those projects to v11.52 or do we just need to leave it running on the old servers?

As the title states, when I attempt to open the Excel add-in to export to Quality Center, excel locks up and only thing I can do at this point is to force close the program.
