when i hit ALM URL, and then click on "Click here to launch the installation", i am getting error poup at the bottom of browser. "The signature of ALM-Platform-Loader.msi is corrupt or invalid" Please help on high priority.

I've been through a fair amount of ALM documentation and can't find this anywhere. What permission will allow a user to create folders in the Requirements tab? If I grant someone all rights this works, but I can't find the magic combination of sub-rights that allows this. Currently giving a user all...
