Often at end of day, I have noticed I get a lot of timeouts on the report queries I am running. I do notice less issue when I am able to run a repo...

Please Help, Someone deleted a folder from the test plan in QC. They were not supposed too. I know that i can retreive the back ups and restore the whole project but that requires losing a whole two days of test updates and results, not to mention any defects that were created. Any Ideas?

Does anyone have any workflow code that could be used to make it so that testers could not edit or delete previous users R&D defect comments?
