I have a test where I need for it to take a screenshot for results on every step of part of the test, but only if something fails on other parts of the test. Is there a way to do this?

I accidentally uninstalled the HP Run Results Viewer. I tried to locate this on the Add ins page to reinstall but I am unable to find it. Where is this program installed from?

Just ran QTP test with no problem and the HP run results viewer displays "Can't create data table". Does anybody know what is wrong

I am getting the following error when trying to view the results, "Unable to display one or more test steps in test results tree. Those steps will be shown as missed in the test results tree" Can you please help me why am I seeing this error?

When I run an automated script in QTP and it gets errors, I look at the results file. When I drill down and select each error, sometimes it shows me a screen capture app under test associated with that error, and sometimes it does not. I do not see any pattern so far. What am I missing, or is this a...
