We have a setup of HPE-Synchronizer 12.53 SP1 and were working happily with the HP built-in JIRA Adapter to connect and sync with defects/issues in JIRA Cloud (hosted by Atlassian). It was working fine for quite some time (over a year) and just the other day, after creating a new link, it would not ...

WE are trying to use the JIRA adapter from HPE to make a QC-JIRA defect link, but on the endpoint 2 part of the link definition, we cannot see JIRA in the list, but do see TFS, ClearQuest, etc. How to enable JIRA in the list? Do we need to install something?

In our QC project, Target Cycle has been added to new requirement "User Story". Target Cycle is set to "Required" and is visible in QC GUI. HP Synchronizer does not show Target Cycle. We've refreshed the Schema but no luck. Target Release is available, though.

In our test environment we disabled protocols SSL 2, SSL 3, TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 at the network level. Now we allow only TLS 1.2. Our JIRA and HP QC were still accessible but the ALM synchronizer (12.50) was no longer able to connect. What can we do about HP-synchronizer?

We have an old load of HP-synchronizer Server on an old Windows 2003 Server. Our IT department wants us OFF this old server and onto a newer one. We noticed that the newer HP-Synchronizer Server versions also work all the way down to QC11, so we can use the new one and just indicate our QC version. ...
