While that works fine in the Details pages, we have seen that if you are in tree or grid view, via the Select Columns menu button, you can add back those hidden fields. Is there a way to disable this so that thos...

Our QC-JIRA Sync-link with the native HP-JIRA Adapter has lately been doing strange things when trying to update some older records. We were trying to update some comments on a closed QC/JIRA record pair and it just will not sync/update them -- even though we are not doing anything with attachments ...

It will be going on a different path for a one-off type of customization setup. We copied from the template to get our standard fields and some layout w...

We do not know who has deleted and when the entity was deleted. It will be helpful, if we have trashbin folder created and re...

I would like to restrict some user groups from editing certain fields in existing defects. I don't want to go the permissions route as that is too general if I just want to block one field. I know workflow would be best to accomplish this, but unsure of the best method.

In ALM, if you assign some tests to a test set, the user who does the action by default becomes the responsible tester. Can I alter this in the workflow to set a different value from a different field? A lot of project admins are the ones who setup the sets and want to assign who will do the actual ...

I required some aid in setting up some workflow to set a field's value under defects based on the user group that the Assigned To user belongs to for a defect. Meaning if defect 42 is Assigned To user jsmith, I then want to poll what user group jsmith is in and auto assign a value to UDF BG_USER...
