UFT Help is empty. If I press "F1" to launch help part, it's always giving me blank window. UFT repair had fixed this issue, but after sometime it started giving me blank window.

We just changed our ALM URL to Https and currently when i ran the Synchroniser Client with option "https" checked, it throws "Unable to connect to the remote server Check your server's availability" error. What is causing this?

I have found where ALM displays the status of a test as passed, but in the Run Results file, the status displays as failed when running API tests.
