For some reason I can not export the QTP 11 Run Results Viewer to file on my desktop. Has anybod see this?

I have a test where I need for it to take a screenshot for results on every step of part of the test, but only if something fails on other parts of the test. Is there a way to do this?

I want a checkpoint to delay a test when it fails at a checkpoint and let me know. When I run it from QC, it doesn't pop up the normal failed message. Is there any way to do this?

I am getting ready to start testing a site with HTML 5 and was wondering if QTP 11 or 11.5 will support HTML 5?
