When we navigate to certain tests in test plan we get the error "Index -1 does not have a value" Once the issue occurs, all the fields in the test details on the right show as blank. What could be causing this?

When we run test sets sometimes (functional or BVS test sets) we get the error "Failed to get BVS test sets for ID" this only happens on test sets that use lab management, this only happens sometimes and the test set still runs even with the error, what causes this.

We are trying to copy test cases back and forth from our dev instance of ALM to our production instance of ALM, currently we are getting the error: Failed to Paste Data Our prod server is using ALM 12.01 Patch 0 and our Dev server is using ALM 12.01 Patch 3

After running the Test in UFT 12.02 Result Viewer is getting created. However, I am not able to see its content. It remains minimized. However same thing is working on another machine with same environment setup.

Are HP ALM 12.53 and HP ALM Octane the same thing? Can we integrate HP ALM Octane with HP alm 12.20? Is there anyway to upgrade a project to ALM octane?
