We have QC 11 Enterprise Edition. Last week I received an auto notification that Patch 13 32-bit version was available. Does this patch work with QC 11 Enterprise, or only QC 11 ALM? In other words - should we be trying to apply patch 13 or patch 12?

Installed new QC Patch (P12). All users but one, have the new patch, old build number from prior patch is noted in Help/About. http://Server:Port/qcbin/About.htm shows Patch 12. Using IE 9 Any Ideas?

We use the "Send Mail Automatically" option for the project. If this setting is disabled, will it disable the email notification for tests in the test lab? (i.e. Pass, Fail, Error) Thanks in advance.

My manager is trying to get a list of all the defects that have changed from two different status states, from "Reopen" to "Fixed" or from "Reopen" to "Closed". I am not able to do this using any of the default report filters, does anyone know a way to do this?
