We are running into this problem both with QTP 10 & 11 where browser attribute Openbytestingtool is not reporting correctly. We have our daily regression tests scheduled to kick off at 3:10AM every day. This morning when I checked QC, the status of every test said "Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion." I've never seen that before!

When I am installing QTP 11 I get error message "Source file not found" ... \\QuickTest\\MSI\\dat\\qt_exec.cfg. Does anybody know why I am getting this? I know I have the correct QTP install media.

When I run test on machine QA2 IE crashes but other machines IE does not crash. I have another machine (QA3) that is the exact same configuration and it does not crash. I have already tried to run a repair on QA2 and it did not fix it. What could it be?

Does anybody have suggestions for debugging a script that crashes QTP and AUT? I am not sure which line of the code is causing the problem. Running in debug step mode does not cause the problem. Another part of the problem is it takes over 15 minutes of running the test script to get to area of test...
