Our security department is telling me that FTP port is listening and was executed by the ALM.exe application. Port 21. I am not sure where this got turned on, or sure how to disable it. I am not aware of any need for FTP access to be used by ALM? If so, How do I secure it?

We wanted to know if UFT supports MS Office 2016. We are planning to upgrade to Office 2016 and I looked within UFT 12.5 PAM which states it supports 2013 only. Do you have any information for this?
