Using ALM Explorer, when trying to connect to ALM server in a citrix environment, we get message "server not found". ALM works fine in IE but ALM Explorer gets this issue. Tried MSI shared deployment and issue persists.

The web page I'm testing has bootstrap select drop down menu, while mirroring sprinter learns clicking on the drop down but doesn't learn / capture the values. Is there anyway to get sprinter to catch these?

We have a couple of users reporting when they are on a WebX session, QC is freezing or kicking them out of QC. Could this be related to memory (RAM)?

The loadrunner scripts would execute against an API and Tivoli is a monitoring software the can pull stats from Websphere DB2 and the servers running Websphere and DB2. Wondering what it would take to get the stats from Tivoli so that Loadrunner will report the stats. Thanks for the help.

We are trying to install ALM Synchronizer to synchronize ALM with Jira. Do we really need a dedicated server to install Synchronizer Server/Client and if we have 3 instances of ALM and Jira, we needs 3 synchronizers on 3 different servers ? Any insight is appreciated.
