I have completed running all of the tests in a project, and I would like to clear the test history from that project. How can I clear the test history for a certain project?

Hello, We have an issue where we moved all of our project DBs to a new DB server (to include the qcsiteadmin_db). But now when we try and create a new project in the DB server box drop down option we are always presented with the new DB server and the original DB server. How do we remove that option...

We had a strange issue today. The HP-synchronizer Link was not set to be able to delete records in Endpoint 2 (EP2) but it ended up doing it for one record. How do you explain this deletion ? We are trying to upgrade from 11.52 to 12.21. We created a new DB server environment for this upgrade and the database is SQL version 2012. When I try to go into the Configuration Wizard, it says that it is not compatible with the database version. The previous version was 2008.

Our DBA tells us they need to change the port for the Database instance used by our QC server. I see the old one in the connection string on our "dbservers" tab, can I just change it there, or is it deeper than that? How do I change it on all of my projects?
