We recently setup a test environment and upgraded to ALM 12.20 and started using the web client. We have noticed that the list of domains and projects is sorted in a seemingly random order, not alphabetical at all. Can this be corrected?

I need to extract response time data from the mdb file but i do not see the data. Can some one help me with that or is there something different in result settings to make sure the data is stored in mdb file?
