In the defect emails sent from QC the link to go back to QC includes the server name and port instead of the alias. How can we change the email link sent in the...

Not sure why this is happening. Our QC instance, for all users, is displaying an email envelope icon next to the user defined string fields. Any ideas??

I would like to be able to email screenshot files and other information from QuickTest when the script is running. I don't see any menu item in QTP to do this.

Is there a way in QTP to search the inbox of Outlook for a specific e-mail? Once found, is there a way to view the attachments?

My QC 10 server is no longer sending automail. However, when I go into Site Admin and send a test email it goes with no problems? What could be wrong?

We're using a clustered/load balanced environment for our QC server application. When our users send a Defect email, the link is directly for whichever node is being hit within the cluster. Can I change this somehow to reflect the URL we have for the balancer?

Currently we have automail set up in QC, however there are certain conditions that we sometimes need an email to be sent to a user(other than the assigned to or detected by users), or a particular group when the status of a defect changes . Is there a way to do this through defect workflow?
