I have HP ALM Add-in for excel (version 12.20). Not sure if this matters, but I have MS Excel 2007. I can log in to the add-in and I can complete the "mapping," but when I click to "validate" the progress bar pops up and then freezes at 0%. I then have to launch my task manager to cl...
