Is there somewhere I can track failed login attempts for QC? Was hoping they would show up in the SESSIONS_HISTORY table in my qcsiteadmin_db database, but no luck.

Hi there, I need to generate excel report from dashboard in QC that shows all test instances under certain folder. For example, I set a parameter in excel report like Root\\Testing\\Claims and report generate the list of all test instances in folder 'Claims' and all subfolders. Thanks!

Currently, defect emails rules are set to where an email should be sent to the individual when the Assigned and Status changes. But individuals are complaining that they are not getting emails when the defect is assigned to them.
