I thought I had installed UFT 12.50 but I don't see any of the libraries? Did I miss something?

A new Report defect button on the main toolbar simplifies defect reporting. When you report a defect in this way, the defect is automatically linked to the entity from which it was reported. Where is this button? I cannot locate it anywhere. I have looked in all modules.
