We are setting up a test instance for ALM Server and using Windows Server 2012 R2 for first time. The interface is very different. Where is "Windows Update" found?

We are setting up Test Instance for ALM to test upgrade, patches etc. We are using VMWorkstation with Win Server 2012 R2. All was fine until we tried to update the vmware tools. As soon as it was installed a reboot was performed and now the screen is black in vmworkstation console. HELP!

We are importing projects from an acquired. These project will be upgraded from v11.52 to v12.2. We have a request for the next defect Id to start at 10000 going forward. The last defect before the upgrade is 7541. Any ideas would be appreciated.

We often working with HP support to troubleshoot issues. We use ALM logging and sometimes forget to clean up the logs which leads to disk space issues. Is there a way to automatically clean up the logs in case we forget?

When using the VB code below on one of our VM's UFT does not launch. It works find on other VMs, and I can launch UFT fine from the icon on the desktop. The error I'm getting is "Neither QTP license nor UFT license is installed, can't run QTP Automation." Option Explicit Dim qtApp Set qtApp=...
