We are upgrading to ALM v12.01. In prior versions, there used to be a way to select upgrade existing schema. There is an option to update a copy of the existing schema. Is there a way to upgrade the existing schema instead of a copy? Thanks in advance.

Help! The ALM server had updates applied last night. Now ALM Robot is not working. Cannot get past first screen. Server locks up and have to reboot. Any help is appreciated.
