We are using "Ajax TruClient - FireFox" protocol to script our application using VUGEN 11.0 - Patch 6. While replaying the script "Dialog - Alert" actions are not getting replayed. However "Dialog - Confirm" actions are getting replayed successfully. Any Input would be great

Hello, We have an issue where the ALM icon within the system tray doesn't show properly? The icon within the system tray is always reporting as being down ("off") even the services have been started and are running correctly. Any ideas as to why this is occurring and how to fix it? Thanks, H...

We just upgraded to QC/ALM12. Everything went fine (finally). During install, it launched the familiar Server Configuration Wizard, which launched Server Deployment Wizard. We noticed that those links/shortcuts are no longer on our start menu, and when we click on the BAT file for them, it does not ...
