In the grid view in the Defects module in QC11, the "Comments" (R&D Comments) & "Description" columns don't allow typing in the header to set column filters (they are greyed out). Other columns including string fields do allow this, what is different about these two fields?

Hi, When installing on one of the citrix server we recieved the following error: "Shared deployment folder is not synchronised with the server. Installation aborted." The admin tried to reboot the server and re try the install, yet the error still persists. Any ideas on why this is happening...

We are receiving an object reference error when trying to create a live analysis graph. The C:\\users\\userid\\appdata\\loca\\HP has been deleted, temp folders and temporary internet files cleared, yet the error still persists. Hello, I am having issues installing the ALM 11.0 client onto my system. It was working fine the last time I used it and now it is not installing at all. Keeps getting dll installation errors. Any help is appreciated.
