I am trying to use PC 12 with UFT 12. I have 5 GUI Virtual Users and we have a license for one of the Load Generators. The provided license will not install for UFT 12. Running on Windows Server 2008.

I'm trying to install QTP 11 on some machines and I'm getting the error "(name) is not a valid short file name" and then installation closes. How do I fix this??

QTP Result Viewer crashes every time I open it, whether from within QTP or from the stand alone. No error message is given. I can also not get QTP to generate product information. QTP is installed on a VirtualBox 4 VM with 4 GB RAM Any ideas?

I have added the Remote Server and specified it's type as MAC OSX. When I create a CPU monitor, it returns "No Data". What can I do to fix this?

I'm attempting to adding an LG into Performance Center Lab Resources--> Host and it fails. I have tried the machine name and IP address. I'm also able to ping the LG and get a return but still fails at connection.

WE have KPI set up to have the Planned for Passed Tests is 25% OK Above with % Warning Range 5. The actual for the week was 27% but the color code was Yellow instead of Green.
