When we sync defects between Quality Center and Jira we sometimes get duplicates of the attachments in Jira when we update an attachment in QC. Does anyone know why this is occurring?

Hello, How can I strip out the HTML code that shows up within the Excel reports that we have generated within ALM? The html appears in some of the sections and we would not like it to be within the reports that are generated. Any help would be appreciated.
