We notice that sometimes that when we synchronize entities between HP ALM and other endpoints that certain formatting gets removed, an example would be bulleted lists why is this occurring?

When trying to connect the ALM sync client to the ALM sync server we receive the error: Unable to connect to the remote server Check your server's availability. What does this error mean?

Both endpoints on synchronizer time out when trying to connect. We are unable to get the synchronizer to connect to ALM, Jira, TFS or any other endpoint from the synchronizer server. What could be causing this?

We are trying to configure synchronization from TFS to ALM and limit the incoming bugs that are synced into ALM using a query from TFS, when we refresh the filter lists in synchronizer we do not see the query that we added in TFS, what is needed to make the query display in the synchronizer?

We are trying to synchronize the Target Release Field in ALM in a one way requirements sync to TFS from ALM. Currently in ALM Synchronizer 1.6 the "Get History" button in ALM synchronizer does not display the Last Full synchronization, it instead displays the last incremental synchronization. How can we view the history for the last full sync?
