How is the Run Duration calculated in the "Test Runs" module when running a manual test? For instance for one particular run it shows the duration of 281. But when you look at the Steps, the Execution Times do not add up to 281, what gives?

We need the UFT add in installed on a stand alone machine without UFT installed just so we can view reports, where can we get the UFT add in to install?

We are trying to integrate a load test with Jenkins using ALM. Currently we are trying to access the load test result files after triggering the test from Jenkins. Where are the .lrr files saved inside the ALM repository?

We just upgraded from QC11 recently and I am trying to create a Standard report from the Analysis view page in the Dashboard module. On my old QC11 instance (still standing), I can see "Project Report" as a report type. In QC/ALM 12.53, I do not see Project Report, can it be enabled somehow ...
