I'm running QC/ALM11 with SP3 (Patch 08). In Project Customization, on the Sprinter Page, I selected Manual Runner and saved/exited. Now, when I go back into Project Customization, the Sprinter Page has disappeared, and I am now unable to choose between Manual Runner and Sprinter! What's the deal??

We are having a heck of a time getting QC10 Patch 28 to install for us. The installer seems to think we are already at Patch 28 or higher, but we are only at Patch 25. What gives?
