Is the a way to tell PC9.52 to use or push the additional include files? or Do testers have to RDP or map to the generator(s) to add the new include files?

When I run an automated script in QTP and it gets errors, I look at the results file. What are the Pro's and Cons for using the QC 10 Client over the Browser Version? I have noticed in one project the client version seems to hang more often than the browser version, the only thing different in this specific project in question, from others, is a lot of custom required fields.
