We had a user delete some tests from test plan in ALM, is there any way to find out who deleted these tests?

Is there any way to run UFT tests without having an active session logged into the uft workstation?

We are running tests from HP ALM and we are now getting the error: "The Given Key Was Not Present In The Dictionary" This came on all of a sudden and now all the tests don't run with this error.

In ALM Octane On premise version 12.53.16 We generated API Access client Id and secret from HP ALM Octane settings. We tried to login into the Octane swagger for REST API calls details but we do not see any workspaces assigned from the drop down.
