We would like to start using the text search feature in Quality Center. When I try to enable this from Site Admin I recieve an error. Can you tell me what else I may be missing in order to get this working? Error: Failed to Set DBServers Properties

I have done some web searching, and it does not appear that HPQC has any sort of Client to support accessing HP Quality Center from a machine running Linux OS. Can you please confirm whether there is any direct support of Client access to HP QC from a machine running Linux OS?

We have several hundred users listed in site admin, but only about 75 are actively being used. Many of the others are offshore contractors that are no longer employed by us. I'd like to remove these obsolete users that are no longer in our system, are there any issues with deleting users in QC?

We are having an issue with Defects. Users are unable to add or update the required fields in ALM. I have double-checked the workflow code and not seeing any issues,

We are not see the Cross-Project customization option in the customize options. We are also not able to create a template project, the button is grayed out. Is this something additional that we need to purchase?

We have a project that we have created all of our workflow customization in and would like to apply that to new projects as we create them. Is there a way to do this without the hassle of maintaining cross-project customization?

I share my machine with other users. When I create a map in the Excel Add-in, the map is stored under my user profile (C:\\users\\\\AppData\\...). Is it possible to change this location so that other users may utilize these maps as well?
