I'm currently running UFT 14.01 on Windows Server 2008 R2 OS. This machine will be separated from our network where our AutoPass server resides, so I won't be able to connect for a license. I wanted to install a Remote Commuter License from the Functional Testing License Wizard, but the option is gr...

Is there any option in either the UFT Server UI or client, to revoke the license(or kick user automatically) after he is inactive for certain time. Note: I want to automatically do it, I dont want to manually log in to server and revoke(or kick user out).

We've recently been hitting our license capacity for UFT. However, there does not seem to be a way to view data on each currently-used license. I cannot resolve my AutoPass URL from the license server machine itself. It says page not found. However, I can resolve and log into the AutoPass URL just fine from a browser on a client machine from the same subnet. Could you help me out here?

Even though our port (5814) is not blocked, and we can access the AutoPass License Server (APLS) dashboard from the browser, when we try to get a license from UFT we are getting the message "Autopass Server Not Available". Any ideas on how to fix?

They decommissioned the old server and set up a new one with same name and IP address. We got the AutoPass Server installed but can't log in. Can access fine from other computers on network. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/719-expired.png

We are currently on AutoPass 9.3 and everything is working fine. Do I need to upgrade to v9.3.4?
