After installing Sprinter and going about trying to connect and we get a pop up Configuration parser error.

Hello,

The 0x80070005 is an ''access denied'' message from Windows. Do you know if Sprinter was installed via a local admin on the machine and with UAC off? If not, suggest uninstalling Sprinter and having UAC off (set to never notify) and have local admin do the install.

The above will likely shore you up. Be sure to double-check the ALM permissions required for Sprinter per user group. The permissions are an ''all or nothing'' in that all the update, create and delete options for the required modules must be checked.

New install is the way without UAC. Never saw that in the readme for installing, about UAC being off.
