Pending Creating Analysis Data

When executing a performance test, the system is failing to Analyze the results. Getting the following error.

Failed executing operation ‘Analyzing’, internal error: ‘exception code: InternalServerError , the error was Server Error ‘.

I am able to manually perform Analysis of the results from the run results without an issue.

On the PC Server, please do the following:

* Make sure no testing is in progress
* Ensure all users are logged off
* Reboot the PC Server (This will restart IIS)

After restarting the PC Server, open services and check if the following services are running on the PC Server and PC Host machines. If any of these services are not started, start them. Please let us know if any were not running.

* On the PC Server machine

? DataCollectionAgent
? RemoteManagement Agent Service
? Secondary Logon
? Verify that IIS is running on the Performance Center server

* On the PC Host / Data Processor machine(s)

? DataCollectionAgent
? RemoteManagement Agent Service
? Performance Center Agent Service
? Performance Center Load Testing Service
? Secondary Logon

Next, retry analyzing the results in Performance Center.
