Problem with QTP 11 Run Results viewer

For some reason I can not export the QTP 11 Run Results Viewer to file on my desktop.

Has anybod see this?

This could be a problem with a patch from MicroSoft or your IT people changing things.

Try to run a repair on Run Results Viewer. There are two way of doing it from control panel or method below.

QTP 11 Repair with out media.

The following will repair QTP 11 without the install media.

NOTE: This may reset patch registry setting and the patches may have to be re installed.

Window 7

1. Press the 'Start' button
2. find command prompt and right click on it
3. select ''Run as Administrator''.
4. Type ''CMD'' in the open window.
5. A Dos Prompt will appear.
6. copy the following to the dos prompt and run
MsiExec.exe /fm {07F748E8-54EB-475C-B5C3-44993AA8C12E}
7.

8. A window will appear and the repair will start.
9. When the window disappears the repair is complete
10. Then run Start > HP QTP > Tools > Additional Install Requirements.

Windows XP

1. Ensure you have local Adminstrator rights
2. Press Windows Key and ''R''
3. Type ''CMD'' in the open window.
4. A Dos Prompt will appear.
5. copy the following to the dos prompt and run
MsiExec.exe /fm {07F748E8-54EB-475C-B5C3-44993AA8C12E}
6. A window will appear and the repair will start.
7. When the window disappears the repair is complete
8. Then run Start > HP QTP > Tools > Additional Install Requirements.
