QC Email icons appearing next to user defined fields

Not sure why this is happening. Our QC instance, for all users, is displaying an email envelope icon next to the user defined string fields. Any ideas??

HP has identified this as a known issue. It has been addressed in v11 Patch 14. QCCR1J30143 In specific upgraded projects, e-mail icons appeared in the defect details dialog box on items that should not have had them Marked as spam
