QC10 Dashboard Export displays Folder values

Hello,
When creating a QC 10 dashboard report, the drill down reveals the correct values but when the reports are exported through the excel export the values for the "Test Plan: Subject" column all have the value "Mercury.TD.Client.Ota.Entities.Core.TestFolder". How do we correct this?

Hi HomerJ,
I would check your patch level ( see the following thread if unsure of how to obtain the currently installed patch level: http://eyeontesting.com/questions/2883/finding-the-patch-level-in-quality-center.html ) to see if you are affected by this error due to an older patch level. This issue was discovered prior to patch 24, and has been reported as fixed from patch 24 forward. If you are on any patch level prior to patch 24 it is recommended that you apply the most current patch to the system to correct this error.

Thanks for the assistance and quick response. It turns out we are on patch 23 and will need to update. Thanks for the link on how to get the current patch level installed on the system. Homer
