QC10 Error while changing a field value of a requirement in grid view

We’re getting the following error while changing a field value of a requirement in grid view: "An outgoing call cannot be made since the application is dispatching an input-synchronous call." I installed the latest server patch (QC10 Patch 31), but the problem remains. Any ideas?

This is a known issue that HP fixed in v11.00, but they have no plan of fixing it in v10.00 (see KB article KM1212845). This issue does not occur in QCExplorer, so that would be your only workaround until you upgrade to v11.00. Marked as spam
