QC11.5-Unable to Cut and Paste dashboard view

I have a couple of users who are unable to cut a Private dashboard from Private folder and paste to the Public folder. Anyone else having this issue?

I am unable to replicate in v11.5 P15 or v11.52 SP1. See http://eyeontesting.com/questions/892/how-can-i-uninstall-and-reinstall-the-quality-cent.html for the uninstall utility details. After the HP uninstaller utility runs, all the client components will be downloaded again the first time you login to ALM/QC. Marked as spam
