QC/ALM Excel Add-in export error when switching QC/ALM servers

We have two instances of QC/ALM. One is a test/sandbox instance, and the other is production. When I export data using the HP ALM Excel Add-in to one instance, it works fine. When I try to export to a different QC/ALM instance, I receive an error. Help me! After Step 7 of the wizard, the following error occurs: > A general error has occured: ‘Automation error the object invoked has disconnected from its clients.’
