QC/ALM freezes when I click the Requirements Detail link

I was first experiencing the issue of Defect Details page not opening when I clicked the Defect ID, but now my HPQC freezes when I click the Requirements Detail link. In order to resolve the issue, I have to use the Task Manager to close it. I attempted to correct the issue by deactivating the user but this did not resolve the issue.
This is project specific since no other projects display this type of behavior (Defect Details page opens when the defect id number is selected). This situation occurs on other computers and within other browsers (Firefox, Chrome). I am currently using IE11, Windows 7, and Quality Center version 11.50.444.

Instead of deactivating the user, I would like for you to remove them from the project. Deactivating the user doesn't remove the project access or reset the user values that are tied to the project like removing the user does. I have listed the steps below on how to remove the affected user from the project.
Access the affected project in ALM --> Click 'Tools' --> 'Customize...' --> 'Project Users' --> Select the affected user from the list --> Click 'Remove User' --> Click 'OK' --> Click 'Save'. After you have removed the user, re-add them to the project and retest to see if the issue still exists.
