I’ve installed the QTP successful, but the QTP did not launch. I get an error below after launch the QTP.
ZZZZZZZ – The license server does not have a valid QuickTest Professional license. For more information about installing a license server and concurrent licenses on your network, please refer to the QuickTest Professional Installation Guide.

However, I check the connection check succeeded with the float license key per your provided. But after I click "Finish" button ..The QTP is not launched .

I have seen this before. Check %temp%lm_QuickTest.log and look to see if the system is looking for QTP Essentials installing QuickTest Professional

Try renaming registry key using RegEdit.

FROM:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMercury InteractiveQuickTest
ProfessionalCurrentversion

TO:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMercury InteractiveQuickTest
ProfessionalCurrentversion

Note: For 64bits, search key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE
