Hi, I am upgrading to QC 10. I will be doing the clean installation on a new server. I have existing QC 9.0 projects and qcsiteadmin_db located on different machine which i will upgrade gradually. My Question is : I want to import users and settings from QC 9.0 which is stored in qcsiteadmin_db. How shall i upgrade this db to new server and keep only one copy of qcsiteadmin db in QC10 environment? Please share your experiences.

Hey shantanu, Copy the QCsiteadmin_db to the new database server. when you install qc 10 and point the installation to the new database server you can tell QC to upgrade the existing database as opposed to making a copy and then upgrading the copy. Hope this Helps. Marked as spam
