I have successfully resigned the Agent files and Mobile Center says devices are available but when I click on the device to view the device’s screen I am not seeing it displayed. What could be wrong?

GoDawgs,

Please check your connector.log file and check for this type of error:
[ERROR] [c.h.m.c.p.impl.WebSocketCheckClient] Exception occurred when trying to test open connection to : ws://10.0.0.167:8080/669c14633a7f1837961c45f7e66ab04474f4cc19/f3e60ec8-c31d-4750-b7ab-0df1a950f90f. (CLS=c.h.m.c.p.impl.WebSocketCheckClient)

As you can see above the connection is using an IP address instead of a Fully Qualified Domain Name(FDQN). Please check the IP address of the machine where your device is connected. It has probably changed since you originally connected the device to Mobile Center. Run the ''Modify Configuration'' app and change your IP address to the IP address of where your iOS device is connected and you should be able to see the Remote view on your iOS device.
