From what I can tell in the stack trace that you provided with the case the issue seems to be that you are out of space on the partition holding the project repository.

1. Open Site Admin
2. Click on Site Projects tab
3. Click on the project(s)
4. Look for the Project Directory this will have the location of the project repository

In windows file explorer right-click on the drive in the path listed for project directory and select properties. This should tell you the disk space used on the partition.

Assistance is no longer needed. Thank you for pointing me toward the repository disk space. We found that the repository was low on space causing the problem.
