If a user sets up an automated test to run at a certain scheduled time (ex. during lunch break or after hours) and there are no licenses available, is there any retry logic built in to try the test again a certain number of times or is it immediate failure if no license is available the first time the test tries to run.

Looking at the Automation Object Model (AOM) and there is no feature to check license function. The remote agent does not check and retry function. The only thing I would thing is to create a customer tool to check to the number of license used. This would have to use the LSMon.exe which comes with UFT installer under I:LicenseServerutilsLSmon.exe and some custom coding.
